Well last week was a light week training-wise, since this past Sunday was my first race of the season, the Cutting Edge Half Classic in Effingham, IL. I’m just finishing up my race report so more on that later!
Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday – 1 hr ride on the trainer wiht 2×10 minutes @ race pace
Wednesday – 1400y swim
Thursday – Easy 3 mile run
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Travel Day
Sunday – Race Day!
